Now through September, the restaurant is offering a three-course, prix-fixe menu for $39.95 per person. It includes the option of the grilled maple mustard center cut pork chops (pictured above), and my suggestion is to order the terrific spinach Maria with that. Plus dessert, of course. 17940 N. This chain’s popular The Generous Pour program is back on with a “Legends of the Land” theme. It means when you order food, you can order a customized wine tasting for $28 per person with dinner. It’s a great deal, because Capital Grille is known for a very good wine list. With the addition of the Boca Raton restaurant this year, now all of our local Capital Grilles have been awarded Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence, so take advantage of this expertise. The restaurants’ Advance Sommelier, Brian Phillips, has chosen the wines in this 11th year of the Generous Pour feature, which lasts until Sept. 1. All locations, thecapitalgrille.com
