The only bunnies on Easter menus are chocolate ones, but local restaurants are offering plenty of choices for brunch-hungry Easter celebrants. (For the calendar-impaired, Easter is Sunday, April 8.)

Prime (110 E. Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach, 561/865-5845). From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Prime will dish up a lavish buffet, with omelet, bread and prime rib carving stations; “fountain” of Belgian chocolate; and everything from crabcakes to tortellini. Cost is $34.95 for adults and $12.95 for kids.

Pinon Grill (6000 Glades Rd., Boca Raton, 561/391-7770). Better than you’d expect for a mall restaurant, this Town Center eatery is dishing up a la carte brunch items like a DIY skillet scrambler and crabcakes “Benedict.” Prices range from $12 to $18. Open 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Burger Bar by Chef Allen (4650 Donald Ross Rd., Palm Beach Gardens, 561/630-4545). Check out the photo for Allen Susser’s contribution to holiday feasting: milkshakes in Easter colors and $5 green eggs and ham burger with mini deviled eggs. Open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The Addison (2 El Camino Real, Boca Raton, 561/372-0568). The new home of chef Zach Bell presents an array of brunch items for $54.95 for adults and $27.95 for kids. Among the goodies: blintzes, smoked salmon, eggs Benedict and an omelet station. Open 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Taboo (221 Worth Ave., Palm Beach, 561/835-3500). From 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. this fave of well-heeled Islanders will be serving a full complement of brunch dishes, from smoked salmon omelet to Belgian waffle with vanilla ice cream, sausage and fruit. Prices from $11 to $18.

Temple Orange, Ritz-Carlton (100 S. Ocean Blvd., Manalapan, 561/533-6000). Ocean views and posh cuisine are on the Easter menu here, with four seatings from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. There’s a raw bar, carving stations and more. Cost is $95 for adults and $45 for kiddies.
