If you’re looking for restaurant-quality sushi that you can enjoy at home, then look no further than Sushi Fella. Created by Polish-born chef Macia Malnowski in his Queens apartment, this sushi-made-at-home concept was created when the veteran sushi chef was laid off from his Michelin-starred Manhattan restaurant. He started to make quality sushi in his home kitchen for clients and it grew through word of mouth until Malnowski decided (like a lot of others) to move down to sunny South Florida.
New York’s loss is our gain. Now you can order sushi platters for parties or just an evening at home from Malnowski, who lives in Lake Worth Beach. Pick up and delivery options are available in Palm Beach County, but he’ll cater parties as far south as Miami. For thirteen years Malnowski has worked on his craft and now through Sushi Fella his goal is to share his passion for an elevated sushi experience with us.
