A: Buyers want a move-in ready, HGTV home. By staging and neutralizing a home, a buyer can envision themselves in it and are more likely to make an offer. If you price over market, statistically, you end up selling for 20 percent less; more market time means less money.

There’s very little that surprises me and that’s incredibly important, especially in Florida where attorneys aren’t typically involved in real estate transactions.
