Virtual cooking class with Seasons 52 chef

Chef Elvis Bravo of Seasons 52 at The Galleria in Fort Lauderdale has been cooking up a storm during the pandemic. And that’s just online!

He’s continuing his virtual cooking series today at 2 p.m. by making caramelized, grilled sea scallops (!) with French green beans (a la haricot verts) and mascarpone risotto. That’s the kind of delicious and healthful dinner you can find at Seasons 52, in case you’ve missed eating there
for some reason. There’s also a Seasons 52 in both Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens; a total of 11 in Florida, as well as all over the U.S.

If you can’t make the class online during the live session, no worries. All of his teaching is archived on the restaurant’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/GalleriaFtLauderdale

Check out the Ahi tuna, Chilean sea bass, Maryland lump crab cakes and more. The restaurants are popular for a reason–they serve great food and manage to keep the calories and sugar way down.

Hang on to ‘I Voted’ stickers for drink deal

Because we’re all going to vote–RIGHT?!–we’ll receive an “I Voted” sticker, and here’s a way the sticker can repay you again–with two-for-one drinks at Josie’s Ristorante in Boynton Beach on Election Day, Nov. 3.

Don’t forget the food, with classic Italian dishes, homemade pasta, NY-style pizza and more.
