Rocco’s Tacos
The Mexican merriment starts on May 1 with daily specials. Monday is “Mezcal Mondays” with 50% off mezcal margaritas, shots and flights. On Tuesday, May 4 celebrate taco Tuesday with all you can eat tacos for $18.99 and $16 margarita pitchers. For the big day, you can look forward to all the classic dishes from tableside guacamole to the brisket nachos.

Rocco’s Tacos Smoky Mule Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Mezcal Amaras Espadin Joven
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Top with Q ginger beer
- 1 dehydrated lime wheel
Instructions:
Build mule in copper mug by adding all ingredients, top with ginger beer, stir and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
