Where To Eat Out This Holiday Season

It’s the season for dining out. Regardless of what you’re celebrating, restaurants all around town are hosting special menus, dinners and to-go options that will bring plenty of cheer to you and your family. Enjoy every bite!

On the 24th choose from its savory brunch or Christmas Eve pig roast—which is available for dine in or takeout. For New Year’s Eve the a la carte menu will be enhanced with several surprises and a midnight Champagne toast.

Enjoy a French-inspired Christmas Eve dinner with a variety of dishes like onion soup, pâté en croute and honey glazed duck. The three-course prix fixe menu is $198/person. Its Christmas Day brunch for $108/person is three courses and its dinner is also three courses for $198/person. If you want to ring in the new year in style, it’s offering two options—a four-course dinner for $198/person or a gala with six courses for $428/person. The following day its brunch starts at 11 a.m. with a three-course menu for $108/person.

Chez Marie French Bistro

For Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the French restaurant is offering a two-course prix-fixe menu for $55. For New Year’s Eve, the three-course menu will run you $70. There’s also a kid’s menu option for $25 (10 years and under). Please note its regular menu will not be available on these dates.

Dine at the feast of seven fishes with this Italian American tradition. The six-course prix-fixe menu is $110/person.

Head outdoors and enjoy a relaxing Christmas Eve or Christmas Day meal at Deck 84. It’s also hosting a New Year’s Eve party with a complimentary Champagne toast at midnight.

If you’re looking for something unique, check out chef Pushkar Marathe’s creative take on  Indo-Chinese dishes. Served in addition to its regular menu on Dec. 23 and 24, they include lo mein, beef and broccoli and general tso’s chicken (each priced at $19). The dishes are available for lunch and dinner and for dine in or take out.

If you need a dessert to bring to a holiday gathering, stop by this bake shop, which is selling pies like its salted caramel pie, apple cheesecake and guavaberry pie.

Lemongrass Asian Bistro

Take your holiday party to the next level by ordering one of its indulgent sushi boats or hire one of its chefs to come prepare a private sushi experience at your home.

Dine on a special a la carte small plate menu that was curated just for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day that includes colossal stone crabs, wagyu beef carpaccio sushi and prime rib.

Max’s Grille

The Mizner Park restaurant will be open for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with a few special dishes and it will have a DJ on New Year’s Eve along with Champagne specials.

The French bistro will be open for Christmas Day with a three-course prix fixe menu. For the 31st, it will offer two seatings at 5:30 p.m. for $95 and 9 p.m. for $185/person.

The Ray Hotel Delray: Ember Grill, Akira Back & Rosewater Rooftop

With Hanukkah in full swing, Ember Grill is offering a special menu through Dec. 26. The three-course prix-fixe menu ($75/pp for adults and $25/pp for kids under the age of 13) features options including potato latkes; prime beef brisket, noodle kugel, and upside-down apple cake. The menu is also available as a take-out option if you want to celebrate at home.  

Cho Toro Tataki from Akira Back

For New Year’s Eve, the hotel has three destinations where you can celebrate. At Ember Grill you can choose from a four-course prix fixe menu and two seatings ($175 and $250/person respectively). Over at Akira Back, a six-course omakase prix-fixe menu awaits you. It is also offering two seatings ($300 and $375/person respectively). Both late seatings at each restaurant include access to Rosewater Rooftop’s celebration with a DJ and complimentary Champagne toast. If you just want to party sans dinner, the rooftop is offering a premium open bar ticket ($150/person) and table packages (starting at $1500 for 4 guests). The Seagate Hotel & Spa

Start your Christmas Eve dinner off with carolers at the hotel’s Atlantic Grille from 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. The restaurant is offering Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners with a three-course prix fixe menu for $75/person. For the 31st, it’s also hosting dinner from 5-10 p.m. with a complimentary glass of bubbles for $95/person.

Timpano Las Olas

The newly revamped space is hosting a New Year’s Eve bash. The evening includes passed hors d’oeuvres, charcuterie and cheese display, and its farm to table experience. Aperol cocktails and a midnight Champagne toast are also included. Evening celebrations start at $125/person.

Tropical Smokehouse

The West Palm barbecue joint is putting together a Christmas Ham Dinner for you to enjoy at home. The package, which serves 6-8, is $145 and includes two sides and dessert. It’s also hosting a New Year’s Eve whole hog dinner. The meal includes a few sides and dessert for $55/person (excluding gratuity).

Warren Delray 

Ring in 2023 with a disco party. Dress to impress and enjoy dinner before the festivities ramp up, which will feature an a la carte menu with a few surprises. There will be three reservation time slots at 5 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. The late reservation will be charged an additional $50/person cover to include a Champagne toast and complimentary desserts.
