The Junior League of Boca Raton revealed the names of the 25 deserving candidates for the 2014 Woman Volunteer of the Year at a kickoff event Thursday night at the new Waterstone Resort & Marina (999 E. Camino Real, Boca Raton). Boca Raton is a proud media sponsor of the 27th annual ceremony, which is slated for Nov. 7 at Boca West Country Club and includes a special runway show by Alice + Olivia founder Stacey Bendet, courtesy of Saks Fifth Avenue at Town Center.
Here are the 25 nominees and the organizations for which they volunteer:
