Boca Raton Boating & Beach Bash Postponed Until 2023

The Boca Raton Boating & Beach Bash for People with Disabilities, the nation’s largest free festival for people with disabilities, has postponed its return until next year due to the ongoing surge of COVID-19 infections. The sensitive nature of the event attendees’ health factored into the decision to effectively cancel this year’s event. The Boating and Beach Bash had been slated to make its long-awaited return this February at Spanish River Park.

The event is presented by the American Disabilities Foundation, and has been known to draw attendees from all over the country for a day of inclusive and family-friendly activities.

Organizers are still seeking sponsorships, vendors, exhibitors, entertainment and local boat captains for the 2023 event. After an extended pause, the organization committee is working to re-establish relationships and welcome new organizations to participate. Those who wish to support the organization as it plans for its return next year can donate by visiting https://www.boatingbeachbash.com/.
