Japanese-Thai. This is one of two Boon's (the other is in Delray Beach), and it's where the rush to eat excellent sushi started. The fast-moving staff is choreographed to deliver dishes such as a shrimp pad Thai that's light, delicate and happily filled with shrimp. The Thai fried rice is unusually delicate, too, with lots of egg, and is some of the best around. The sushi rolls are as fresh and inventive (try the Daimyo roll) as they are beautifully presented.
