Food Truck Fridays are back! For the first time since before the onset of the pandemic in early 2020, the City of Boca Raton will be organizing a delicious lunch-hour party at a local park once each month through the end of the spring.
“We are excited about bringing back Food Truck Fridays, an opportunity for the community to experience mid-day open air respites and a variety of our beautiful parks,” shared Amphitheater & Community Events Manager Amy DiNorscio in a press release. “Each month we will offer a new locale, live entertainment and unique cuisine offerings to complement Boca’s unique parks.”
The first iteration of the event, scheduled for Feb. 4th at Hillsboro El Rio Park South, is slated to feature live music from local artist Victoria Cardona and food options from the following food trucks: 681 Seafood, Di Big Jerk, Kona Ice, Reggae Beets, Inspir-Asian, and Sweetlipz Desserts.
