Glades Interchange Opening Delayed

Boca Raton’s diverging diamond interchange won’t open Monday.

The Florida Department of Transportation had planned to close the interchange all weekend to finish the project. Instead, due to what a spokeswoman called “an unforeseen delay,” the closure is now scheduled for next weekend, from 11 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. on Monday, April 3. Under the latest plan, the interchange will open fully at that time.
