Gourmet Wine Dinner at Delray Beach Market

Executive chef Jorge Montes is teaming up with The Cellar & Pantry’s master cheesemonger Matt Reilly to bring us a five-course feast on October 21. 

If you like wine and cheese, then this is the dinner for you. Each course will include a cheese and wine pairing alongside chef Montes’ culinary creations.

First Course: 

DEVILED EGG | Pata Negra Iberico Ham | Caviar

Second Course:

SQUID INK ARANCINI| Acquerello Rice | Nduja | Saffron Aioli

Third Course:

GRILLED WHITE ASPARAGUS | Black Truffle Hollandaise | Fiore Sardo | Country Ham

Fourth Course: 

BRAISED SHORT RIB | Goat Cheese | Crisp Chorizo | Celeriac Puree | Roasted Grape and Beet Reduction

Fifth Course: 

CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE with BRANDY CHERRIES | Pistachio Crème Anglaise | Roquefort
