Palm Beach Meats

This gourmet market and butcher shop is specializing in bringing us Japanese and Australian wagyu and other quality meats. On Saturdays, local chefs will host weekly popup lunches so make sure to follow on social media to find out who it is and what they are serving. The market is stocked with artisanal products including a wide selection of cheeses.

True Food Kitchen

Opening at the end of July, this Rosemary Square venue will bring seasonal dishes carefully curated to boost your mood, increase your energy and aid you in feeling healthier and happier. Its summer menu will feature tuna lettuce cups, kale cobb salad and spinach and mushroom pizza alongside fresh-pressed juices and handcrafted cocktails.

El Camino

West Palm’s Rosemary Square will welcome another new dining concept with the opening of El Camino this winter. It will join the Fort Lauderdale and Delray locations as part of Modern Restaurant Group’s portfolio, which also includes Park Tavern and Cut 432. The Mexican restaurant will serve its fare paired with handcrafted margaritas in its famed lively atmosphere.

Gallagher’s

Taking over the former Madisons New York Grill & Bar, this will be the third outpost of the New York City steakhouse as it brings its USDA prime dry-aged beef south to Boca.
