Ramen Lab Eatery Delray is partnering up with Craft Food Tours for a one-night only omakase dinner tomorrow, Oct. 20. The 15-course evening, inspired by wafu, is centered around the cuisine that combines Japanese and Italian flavors, ingredients and techniques.

The dinner includes courses like Japanese A5 wagyu, Tasmanian organic king salmon, cacio e pepe gyoza, shrimp and mortadella tortellini, uni ramen carbonara and can be paired with sake (for an additional cost) if you’d like.

The meal is $170 per person and there are only a very limited number of tickets left. Purchase yours here.
