Summer Menus to Check Out in Palm Beach County

It’s that time of the year when restaurants have launched their new sizzling hot summer menus. Here are a few to keep an eye on.

Proper Grit

The Ben hotel’s first floor gastro pub is adding a few seasonal items to its menu including a wok-charred ahi served on a bed of watercress, edamame salad and rice in a ginger soy vinaigrette. Also look out for a jicama salad with sweet corn, grilled avocados, cherry tomatoes and butter lettuce in a cilantro lime vinaigrette.

This Atlantic Avenue steak and seafood house has created the Taste of Avalon prix-fixe menu. The eight different pairings will rotate weekly but can include the tuna tartare, roasted bone marrow or Caesar salad paired with a choice of organic roasted chicken, filet mignon or Nordic blue salmon. Finish off your meal with a New York cheesecake or flourless chocolate cake. Served Monday through Thursday until 6:30 p.m., the menu is $75 per person. Plus there are also wine pairing options for an additional fee.
