Think Pink When You Eat, Drink, and Donate this October

It’s Breast Cancer awareness month, and area venues have some specials to help donate money to charities for that cause.

Scusi Trattoria, 4520 PGA Blvd., Palm Beach Gardens; 561/429-6938;

During October, join the breast cancer fight by ordering either a glass or bottle of rosé here, where $2 from every glass and $10 from every bottle sold will be donated to Susan G. Komen Florida. There are two options for drinking by the glass, and four for purchasing by the bottle, so you can drink, donate and repeat.

Kapow! Noodle Bar, 431 Plaza Real, Boca Raton; 561/347-7322;

Donating $1 of every watermelon mojito to breast cancer awareness.

Coyo Taco, 340 Royal Poinciana Way, Palm Beach; 561/318-8616;

The menu here offers pink tortilla Pollo al Carbon tacos during October. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Protect Our Breasts, a non-profit working to stopping breast cancer before it starts.
