Where to Celebrate Cinco de Mayo

After more than a century we’re still celebrating an 1862 Mexican military victory and what better way than with tequila. This Cinco de Mayo join in on the festivities around town and enjoy a few sips of tequila paired with savory Mexican fare. 

Cactus Grille & Tequila Bar

This TexMex restaurant is hosting an all-day Mexican fiesta with food stations and margaritas. Snag a $45 all-access pass and enjoy unlimited food (except guac), margaritas and Michelob Ultra, Modelo and Corona beers.

Delray Beach and Las Olas will be partying it up thanks to El Camino’s festivities. Look out for the mariachi band, happy hour specials and plenty of scratch-made fare.

Lona Cocina & Tequileria

The seaside Mexican restaurant is celebrating with happy hour specials, including margarita pitchers for $11. From 6-8 p.m. enjoy dinner as the mariachi band plays.

Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar

Both its Fort Lauderdale and Boca locations are throwing block parties with live music, Mexican food and more than 300 tequilas. But don’t worry its Delray, Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach locations will also be celebrating but without the block party.

Tacocraft Taqueria & Tequila Bar

The Victoria Park location will host a block party from 3-11 p.m. with a mariachi band and DJ. Its other locations will also be celebrating on a smaller scale.

The Florida barbecue joint has put special fish tacos and green chile chicken enchiladas on its menu just for this celebration. Don’t forget to pair with its famous frozen margarita.
