More than 11,000 people attended the first Yoga Expo held January 2016 in Los Angeles. Next on tap is Fort Lauderdale as part of the expo’s seven-city tour.
Master teachers are travelling from around the world to the Broward Convention Center (1950 Eisenhower Blvd., Fort Lauderdale) on April 16 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. to lead more than 150 classes and workshops at the Yoga Expo.

For $25, participants gain all-day access to unlimited classes and workshops. Attendance is free for children younger than 12 years.
Attendees can experience different yoga, meditation and fitness practices and sample local sustainable food and drinks. Local teachers will be among those showcasing their studios. Class registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
