Classic rock titans Journey are going their separate ways at the end of The Final Frontier Tour. Catch them one last time when they perform at Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise this Friday, Oct. 16.

The band announced its final tour last November, with a scheduled 60 shows across the U.S. The tour has since been extended, adding an additional 40 stops. The band’s performance in Sunrise is the only one scheduled for South Florida.

Journey was formed more than 50 years ago and its lineup has evolved over time, with the only constant being lead guitarist and founding member Neal Schon. In 2007, Schon discovered Arnel Pineda, a Filipino singer and songwriter, who posted pitch-perfect Journey covers to YouTube. Pineda has fronted the band ever since.

Expect performances of all of Journey’s chart-topping hits. Past setlists on the tour have included “Wheel in the Sky,”
“Separate Ways (Worlds Apart),” “Lights,” “Lovin’, Touchin’, Squeezin’,” “Faithfully,” and the indelible earworm (and Sopranos-ending) “Don’t Stop Believin’.” Tickets start at $91 and can be purchased here.
