Deal$, Deal$, Deal$ and More

There’s a new store in town…well, at least in my area! I recently found out about Deal$ stores. Looking at their ads, they seem to have some good prices.  They aren’t a true dollar store, but they definitely have lower prices than a regular store. I’m excited to go check them out.  Just a few highlights, to give you an idea of their pricing:

Arizona Tea, 42 oz – $1

Toilet paper (unknown brand) – 24 regular rolls, $5

2 pk Bonus Size Lysol Disinfecting Wipes – $5

34 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil – $5

50 ft Garden Hose – $8

And a variety of snacks, drinks and candies for $1 each

You might want to go check and see if there is one in your area. You can find their website here.

I also see that Aldi’s is moving into the South Florida area. They currently have stores in Deerfield Beach, Lauderdale Lakes and Pembroke Pines, and rumor has it one is opening soon in Delray Beach. Maybe Publix is going to get some new competition… ???  I’ll be anxious to see what these are like.

Here are a few highlights from their store ads this week:

Ice Cream Novelties, Sundae Shoppe – $1.99

Strawberries, 16 oz – $1.39

Pineapple, fresh – $1.39 each

Canteloupe – $0.99 each

Ice Cream, 56 oz, Sundae Shoppe – $1.99

Their ad is pretty small, but prices are enough to make me go check it out when they open!

And don’t forget that now is the time to be stocking up on non-perishables for hurricane season! Don’t be caught at the last minute without necessary food stock. Also consider having sufficient camping gear – gas cookstove, gas grill, and don’t forget some extra propane for them!

Now for some other good stuff!

All You Magazine June Coupon ListInGoodCents has been kind enough to provide us a list of coupons that will be in Walmart’s All You Magazine that hits the newsstands soon.  You can check it out here to see if you want to stop by and pick up a copy. I believe it retails for $2.49 per issue if you buy it at Walmart, but you can get a subscription for less.  However, I will tell you that sometimes the subscription version has less coupons than the newsstand version.

Walmart Deals – usually puts up the best Walmart deals on Wednesday. It wasn’t up when I looked but you may want to check it out if you are headed to Walmart.
