Based on the renderings of Elisabetta’s, an anticipated addition to Delray Beach’s downtown, it’ll fit right in on the Ave.
What you can expect: a two-story restaurant with 200 seats, two bars, a patio and balcony, gelato bar, Neapolitan pizza oven, a private dining room that’ll seat 18, in-house baked goods, and a menu inspired by Piamonte, Liguria, Sicilian and Neapolitan cuisine.
The building itself is a mix between the design concepts of Louie Bossi’s Boca Raton and Las Olas spaces, including industrial light fixtures, exposed brick, a iron-wrought balcony and greenery.
Enclosed with the rendering photos was the news that the anticipate opening date for the restaurant is sometime in July—that means us locals get to try it first.
Falling under the Big Time Restaurant Group umbrella—numbering more than a dozen restaurants—the sister restaurant to Louie Bossi’s will be opening in the former 32 East space. The company’s corporate culinary director, Lisabet Summa, and chef partner, Louie Bossi, will run the concept.
Kevin Darr has been tapped as the executive chef and Ervin Machado as beverage director (their current positions at Louie Bossi’s Las Olas location).
