Fare From Around the World

Travel to the Caribbean with Café Boulud Le Voyage menu

You can cruise through the Caribbean each night at Café Boulud (301 Australian Ave., Palm Beach; 561/655-6060) with the Le Voyage menu back for the summer. This includes a five-course tasting menu, created by Executive Chef Rick Mace, with rotating dishes visiting a different port each month. July is Martinique month, with conch ceviche, salt cod fritters, Creole Boudin and more. August will be Jamaica, and September will be all about Cuba. Cost is $95 per person, with wine pairings available for $50 more per person. Add to this the summer BYOB promotion on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays, where you can bring your own wine with no corkage fee, and you could have a terrific staycation!

Tastes of Argentina, Chile, Spain highlight Rhythm Café wine dinner

Speaking of traveling, take a wine-inspired trip to Argentina, Chile and Spain with the folks at Rhythm Café (3800 S. Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach; 561/833-3406), where there are still a few spots open for their July 7 wine dinner. Cost is $75 per person for this five-course (and a surprise!) dinner, featuring dishes such as crumbled elk sausage over polenta paired with a Salentein red blend wine from Argentina, or a shredded, smoked chicken quesadilla paired with a carmenere from Chile. Reservations required.
