Things to Do in Palm Beach County This Memorial Day Weekend

The three-day weekend is almost upon us—do you have plans? Whether you want to pay your respects at humbling ceremonies or dine out with friends, there’s plenty going on around town this Memorial Day weekend.

Boca Raton Commemorative Ceremony

Pay your respects to the fallen on May 28 with a special ceremony at Boca Raton Cemetery, with veterans groups, city officials, Boca Raton Police and Fire Honor Guards, Fort Lauderdale Highlands, and Boca Raton Community High School NJROTC. Delray Beach Memorial Day Ceremony

Cabo Flats

Copper Blues Four Year Anniversary

Due South Brewing Memorial Day Weekend BBQ Bash

Due South Brewing is hosting a three-day Memorial Day Weekend extravaganza from Friday to Sunday, with food from E&J Texas BBQ (Friday 5 to 10 p.m.), Pigsty BBQ (Saturday noon to 10 p.m.), and Stash Box BBQ (Sunday 1 to 6 p.m.). Memorial Day Concert at the Park

Enjoy a free concert on May 28 at Mizner Park Amphitheater with music by The Helmsmen and the Shane Duncan Band / All Access Band, and a beer garden and food trucks will be on site. The doors open at 5:30 p.m., and Forgotten Soldiers Outreach will be collecting care packages to send to deployed soldiers—write a letter or donate toiletries, insect repellant wipes, plastic storage bags, snacks, easy-to-make food packs and more. 590 Plaza Real, Boca Raton; 

Missing Man Table

Every year on Memorial Day, Caffe Luna Rosa leaves a table open for “the missing man”— a folded flag, bible, lit candle, flower, and a plate. Murph 2018

In honor of the late Lt.
