Cool Off With Summer Cocktails in Palm Beach County

It’s the middle of July and as hot as the metal arm of a beach chair. Burning, baby. So tiptoe out of the hot sand and reach for some chilling cocktails. Ice, ice-cold glasses, cool names. Take a sip, then a big gulp. Relax. Repeat.

The creative Adam Seger, executive bartender/corporate sommelier at iPic has prepared a summer special for lucky folks: the Belvedere Raspberry Gimlet (picture above), with yuzu luxe sour, fresh lime juice, vodka and raspberries and basil leaves to make it a bit sweet, a bit sour. Mizner Park, 301 Plaza Real, Boca Raton
