The Bungalow Bar & Grill in Boynton Beach has announced it will close this weekend, with its final service being Halloween night.

The restaurant, which took over the former Fish Depot space in January 2025, made the announcement on its social media accounts this week.

“After a lot of consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to close The Bungalow. This Saturday—Halloween night—will be our final night under the palms,” reads the Facebook post, which cited the rainy season as a motivator for the closure. “…as an outdoor venue, this rainy season hit us hard and affected us in a way that was hard to bounce back from.”

The Bungalow became a local favorite haunt for its seafood and live music, eventually transitioning its menu to barbecue from Boynton-based Pigsty BBQ. On Halloween, it’s inviting the community for a final fete with “live music, costumes, BBQ off the smoker, and one last great night together.”
