I’m so glad to see signs of a semi-normal life springing up all around – greenmarkets, farmer’s markets and now the Swank Table schedule has been announced.
This is one of the premier experiences in Palm Beach County, where great people (Darrin and Jodi Swank) open their hydroponic farm and bring together SoFla’s top chefs, mixologists and brewers for dinners and brunches that leave wonderful memories. The meals are filled with all-local products from farms and purveyors. Even better–each event benefits a local charity. Love that.
Here is the lineup – there are eight dinners and two brunches, and they will sell out, so be quick on the draw to buy your tickets. Masks are required when not eating and drinking and there will be handwashing stations throughout the space. Tickets are limited to 120 people, which leaves plenty of space between diners under the pole barn roof.
Of note, the Vegetable Love dinner on Jan. 10 will feature a plant-based menu and benefits the Wynwood Bakery; the She Feasts on Jan. 17 features all women chefs and benefits Women of the Western Communities; the Chinese New Year on Feb. 6 features Chefs Clayton Carnes, Eric Baker and Pastry Chef Loic Audret, and much more. Tickets are $160 each and include a welcome cocktail and appetizers, the plated dinner, desserts, live music, a tour of the farm and one of the best times you’ll have in our beautiful weather.
The two family-friendly brunches are for Easter and Mother’s Day and will be hosted by the farm’s Chef Liaison Emerson Frisbie.
