Father’s Day Asado Brunch

This Father’s Day, celebrate the traditional holiday with a mouthwatering feast of Argentine cuisine at Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann and an entire afternoon lounging with the family, free from distractions and obligation. This is one barbecue where dad isn’t expected to do the grilling. He’ll finally get to sit back and relax with bottomless mimosas and beer cocktails as our skilled asador (chef) prepares a multi-course meal of wood-oven empanadas, slow-cooked rib eye, wild salmon, suckling pig and skewers of organic vegetables followed by a melt-in-in-your-mouth flan.
