The Valentine’s Day menu will include a lot of aphrodisiacs (tapioca custard, poached oysters, lobster bisque, foie gras crème brulee), but the showstopper is the 80-pound wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano (pictured), where lobster and Cognac spaghetti are flambéed inside for $120 per couple. If you really want to splurge, this is for you. Two lucky couples can reserve a Valentine’s Day package—for $1,000 per couple—that includes a five-course dinner, red roses, a bottle of Champagne to take home and a heck of a memory.
